Creatable World is a line of gender inclusive dolls released by Mattel in 2019. The line was designed to be completely customizable; kids can create their own characters with the dolls by mixing and matching clothes, accessories, and wigs. The dolls were not assigned names or gender, so children can decide how they want to represent the doll’s identity. Initially, the dolls were released in deluxe kits with a range of clothing options, a wig, and multiple accessories, and they were only sold online. Separately sold fashion packs, wigs, and starter kit dolls (just the doll and wig) were released in 2020.
