The Sales Manager, Games position is responsible for developing and growing the Funko Games brand within Walmart. In this role you will coordinate marketing efforts, product launches and sales promotions at Walmart to achieve sales and profit objectives while building excellent partnerships both with the Walmart team and our external Licensing partners. This role is located with our Northwest Arkansas team in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is an onsite role.

Your Superpowers in Action
Manage our Funko Games portfolio for Walmart US, Walmart Canada and Sam’s Club.
Develop and manage customer relationships with buyers; own customer strategy ensuring local Funko business objectives are achieved
Establish and socialize internal a POV on Walmart-specific Games assortment/product strategy. Leverage data and market insights (including NPD) to formulate your recommendations.
Work directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Walmart Ecomm to deliver an OMNI experience.
Identify and grow opportunities at Walmart in collaboration with Sr. Sales Director, Walmart and General Manager, Funko Games to ensure strategic growth attainment plan.
Lead project management for all aspects of our Funko Games business at Walmart.
Work closely with Funko Planning team ensure appropriate inventory levels and recurring monthly revenue achievement
Create and effectively communicate internal projects to drive revenue.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of portfolio.
Coordinate with marketing team on retail-level based activities including online strategy.
Participate in continued education/training to learn about new and existing product lines and improve sales techniques.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and become a trusted partner.
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
3-5 years consumer products/retail experience, Walmart specific experience and Games industry knowledge is highly desired
Outstanding communicator with high intellectual horsepower and thought leadership; interpersonally savvy individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and build strong working relationships quickly
Highly resilient and stress resistant - able to manage through change
High initiative - must be a self-starter with a positive “can do” approach
Comfortable and effective when managing a high-volume workload with speed, accuracy and efficiency
Passionate student of the business who is excited to learn/grow/adapt with retail changes
Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and quotas
Ability to travel up to 30%
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, should be very proficient with Excel
Knowledge of Walmart specific applications (Retail Link, Item360) and Oracle preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
Work Environment
