The mission of the National Sales Manager –Consumer Division is to drive the continued growth of the business in North America & Canada. The growth will occur through management of new and existing direct accounts consisting of mass-market and mid-tier accounts. The National Sales Manager will be a key leader in the sales organization of the company and will be heavily involved in developing priorities and defining and executing against the sales strategy. The successful candidate will work strategically with the VP Sales to develop our go to market strategy. This candidate will be asked to bring creative approaches to driving sales, growing existing accounts, and capitalizing on new opportunities as they arise. Most importantly, he/she will be a “hands on” sales manager that enjoys the “thrill of the hunt” and will continue to work with existing accounts as well as personally pursuing strategic opportunities. Management and experience in working with, training, and growing sales in our specialty consumer channels working with our “independent reps/agents” will also be a requirement of this position.
