Summary
The project manager is accountable for planning, preparing budgets, constructing detailed work plans, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing marketing projects that include contributors from most other departments with the Distribution Unit based out of Lino Lakes.
Essential Functions
Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
Understand the overall strategy and sales priorities of Asmodee USA Distribution and convey them in all event management activity.
Understand and implement Asmodee’s values in your daily work.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
PMP Certification (Manadatory)
At least 5 to 7 years in project management positions.
Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Able to work independently and/or as a team member.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with different deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Substantial problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Proven ability to build relationships.
Ability to delegate, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
On event days: ability to spend 10+ hours engaging in physical activity, including lifting and moving boxes and items (up to 50 pounds) from storage to venue; setting up registration tables, displays, signage, disassembling and packing event materials.
