Cityscape is a short-term tactical board game for 2-4 players. The goal is to build a city that matches your predetermined plan as closely as possible. You represent that plan with dice in a holder that you place face down in front of you. Each die represents a row of buildings. For example, the numbers 1 to 4 mean that you eventually want to see this number of buildings if you look horizontally at the built city. The game starts with an empty board with all the blocks next to it. In turn, a player takes a random block and places it on any square or block. When all the blocks have been built, the city is ready and the player whose plan is best executed wins. Awarded a Mensa Select award for best board game in the USA in 2003.
